CR-way

LS Cable & System offers CR-way for when you need total protection from the elements.

CR-way's epoxy resin housing fully encloses the product, offering additional insulation and protection. CR-Way is available up to 27kV and is rated IP68. It is suitable for current capacities between 630A to 7500A (high voltage product 120~5000A).

CR-way is ideal for outdoor installations, humid or dusty locations, applications requiring large-capacity power and any place where chemicals are frequently used.

Stability

CR-way is completely enclosed by a strong epoxy resin. This design protects components and provides exceptional durability, ensuring safe use of the product near inflammable steam and gas, dusty environments, and other potentially explosive hazards.

Protection

CR-way is certified IP68, which means the product is offers exceptional protection from intrusive water, fine particulates, erosion and corrosion. In the case of fire, CR-way is designed to prevent flames from spreading and includes fire-resistance efficiency as a standard feature.

Joint

The joint plate of each phase easily connects to each mold, and the design of the joint stabilizes the system to ensure performance.

Ambient Temperature: 5°F (-15°C) to 131°F (55°C)
Relative Humidity: 95% or below

Eco-Conscious

CR-way has acquired a Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) certification. Components are free of lead, cadmium, mercury, chrome, PBD, and PBDE.

Conductors

Choose from either copper or aluminum conductor, and tin- or sliver-plated connections. Copper offers conductivity over 98% and purity over 99.9%. Aluminum offers conductivity over 61% and purity over 99.6%.

Insulation

CR-way's unique epoxy resin molding ensures a Class B (130°C) rating. For outdoor installation, metal housing and a sunshade are applied to prevent corrosion of the molding.
